bizzMate Complete

One customer. One record. Both sides of the relationship.

Sales and support running on the same contacts and the same organisations — so the person selling can see what is outstanding, and the person answering can see what was promised.

No credit card required · Set up in minutes · AUD pricing

A bizzMate contact record showing open deals, pipeline value, last contacted and next activity above the contact's details, with the linked organisation, owner and open deals in a side panel.

Who it is for

If this sounds like your week

You sell to customers and you also support them, and right now those are two systems that do not know about each other.

Somebody sent a renewal email to a customer whose complaint had been open for a fortnight. Nobody did anything wrong; the information simply was not in the same place.

You want one answer to 'what is going on with this customer?' rather than two half-answers.

At a glance

  • Contacts and organisations shared across sales and support
  • Deals and tickets on one customer timeline
  • The complete Sales product
  • The complete Desk product
  • One permission model, enforced on the server
  • No second tool, no integration to maintain

Capabilities

What it actually does

Every item below is a shipped part of bizzMate today — not a roadmap entry.

One contact record, both sides of the story

Contacts and organisations are shared, not duplicated per module. A support ticket's requester is the same record the deal is attached to — the same row in the same table, not a copy kept in sync.

Deals and tickets on the same timeline

The customer's history reads in order: the calls, the notes, the deal that closed and the support request that followed it.

Context before the conversation

Someone about to reply to a support request can see the open opportunities. Someone about to make a call can see whether anything is outstanding.

Everything in Sales

Leads, deals, the pipeline, activities, reporting, imports and the AI assistance — the whole sales product, unchanged.

Everything in Desk

Tickets, queues, teams, routing, SLAs, saved replies, support email and Held Mail — the whole support product, unchanged.

One set of permissions

Roles are enforced on the server, once, for both sides. Working a customer's support tickets does not silently hand someone the rest of their commercial record.

How it works

How it fits a working day

  1. Step 1: The relationship starts on the sales side

An enquiry becomes a lead, then a deal, on a contact that belongs to an organisation.

  2. Step 2: It continues on the support side

After the sale, their email arrives at your support address and becomes a ticket — on that same contact, not a new one.

  3. Step 3: Neither side is working blind

The next renewal conversation knows what support handled last month, and the next support reply knows what was sold.

Choosing at signup

How to pick this when you sign up

Signup asks what you would like bizzMate to help you with. For bizzMate Complete, choose Sales + Support Run sales and customer support from one workspace. You can change it later without starting a new workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Is Complete just the two products switched on?
It is both products on shared customer records, which is the part that matters. Contacts and organisations are not module-specific in bizzMate, so a support ticket and a deal genuinely point at the same customer rather than two records someone has to keep aligned.
Can we start with one and add the other later?
Yes. What a workspace has access to is a setting on the workspace, so moving between Sales, Desk and Complete does not mean a new workspace or a re-import.
Does Complete cost more than Sales or Desk?
No. Product and plan are separate things in bizzMate: you choose the product at signup and the plan in billing, and the plan price is the same whichever product you are on. Solo is A$10, Pro is A$25 and Business is A$45 per user, per month.
