Comparison

bizzMate and Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a well-built sales CRM with a long track record. The honest difference is scope: Pipedrive is a sales tool, and bizzMate puts sales and customer support on the same customer record. Here is how to tell which one fits you.

Where Pipedrive is strong

Pipedrive is a good product.

If this is what you need, you should buy it. We would rather you found that out here than three months in.

  • A mature, focused sales pipeline that a lot of sales teams genuinely like using.
  • A large integration marketplace, built up over more than a decade.
  • Deep sales-specific tooling — forecasting, lead generation and document workflows.

Which one fits

It depends on the business you are running.

Not on which product has more features. These are the situations each one is genuinely better at.

Choose bizzMate if…

  • The same person handles the sale and the support request that follows it.
  • You want AI included in the plan rather than evaluated as a separate purchase.
  • You want one bill, in Australian dollars, from an Australian company.
  • You are one to twenty people and do not want a CRM that needs an administrator.

Consider Pipedrive if…

  • You run a dedicated sales team and support is genuinely somebody else's system.
  • You depend on a specific integration and their marketplace has it.
  • You need sales tooling that goes deeper than a small business usually needs — detailed forecasting, territory management, or a large add-on ecosystem.

Sales tool, or sales and support together

Pipedrive describes itself on its own features page as a sales CRM, and that page describes no customer support ticketing. That is a scope decision, not a shortcoming — it is why the sales side is as focused as it is.

bizzMate treats a support request and a deal as two things that happen to the same customer. The enquiry, the deal it turned into and the ticket raised three months later sit on one record, visible to whoever picks up the phone. For a small business where the same handful of people do both jobs, that is usually the difference that matters.

What arrives in the plan, and what is bought separately

Pipedrive's features page lists five separately-purchasable add-ons: LeadBooster, Campaigns, Projects, Smart Docs and Web Visitors. Buying capability à la carte suits businesses that want exactly one more thing and nothing else.

bizzMate does not sell core modules as add-ons. Sales, customer support and AI are part of the subscription on every plan; plans differ by capacity, not by which parts of the product you are allowed to open. If you are comparing, compare the total of what you would actually switch on.

AI as part of the product, or as a line item

bizzMate includes AI on every plan — summaries, next best action, drafting and analysis — with an allowance that scales with the plan, and a human reviewing anything customer-facing before it is sent. It is not an add-on and it is not metered separately.

We are not going to characterise anyone else's AI packaging, because it changes and we would get it wrong. Check their current pricing page.

What we say about Pipedrive, and where it came from.

We do not publish Pipedrive's prices, plans or limits. They change, and a stale figure about somebody else's product is a misrepresentation rather than a typo. Everything we do state about them comes from their own pages, dated below.

  • Pipedrive's features page describes the product as "a Web-based Sales CRM", lists LeadBooster, Campaigns, Projects, Smart Docs and Web Visitors as add-ons, and describes no customer support ticketing.

Frequently asked questions

How does bizzMate's price compare to Pipedrive's?
We deliberately do not print Pipedrive's prices here. They change, they vary by currency and billing term, and a stale price on our site about somebody else's product is worse than no price at all. Our own pricing is on our pricing page, in Australian dollars; theirs is on theirs. Compare the total of what you would actually turn on, including anything sold as an add-on.
Can I move my Pipedrive data into bizzMate?
You can import contacts, organisations, leads and deals from a CSV export, with column mapping and a preview before anything is committed. There is no direct Pipedrive connector, so the path is an export from them and an import into us — which is a normal afternoon's work for a small business, not a migration project.
Is bizzMate a Pipedrive clone?
No. The pipeline will feel familiar because a drag-and-drop pipeline is the right shape for the job and most CRMs converge on it. The difference is what surrounds it: a support desk on the same customer record, AI in the plan, and a product aimed at businesses of one to twenty people rather than at scaling sales organisations.
